1. What are succulents?

Succulents are plants that store water in their leaves, stems, or roots. This adaptation allows them to survive in dry conditions. Their thick, fleshy leaves give them their unique look and make them low-maintenance houseplants.

2. How often should I water my succulents?

Water only when the soil is completely dry. Depending on your climate and season, this might mean every 3–4 weeks. Overwatering is the most common cause of succulent problems.

Tip: Use the “soak and dry” method—water thoroughly, then let the soil dry out completely before watering again.
